Pros

- Wage isn’t bad for the type of job. Not enough to live on comfortably but within market average.

Cons

- Training was strange with conflicting information provided through several different trainers. - They have a certain way they demand you speak to customers. One minute you’re not building enough rapport, the next it’s too much. - Call after call mentality where you’re tracked on every little thing you do. - Cheap equipment that runs like a 90 year old amputee.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear you found the pay to be competitive, but it’s clear there were several areas where your experience didn't hit the mark. We take your points about training and rapport-building seriously. We’re always aiming for that "just right" balance when it comes to customer conversations, and it sounds like the guidance you received was more confusing than helpful, that's definitely something we have improved and will continue to improve. We also hear you on the tech and the pace of the role. We know that having the right tools is essential to doing a great job without the extra frustration, and we’re working hard to ensure our equipment and systems keep up with the speed of our teams. We appreciate you sharing these insights with us as we continue to grow and improve. Wishing you the very best of luck in your next role.
