Pros
Work phone is the only benefit at present. The bonus structure and incentives only serve to benefit the top bosses. All-expenses trips to Mexico and grands in bonuses, whilst you're lucky to get £200 for the entire year!
Cons
Severe lack of creativity and a heavy focus on making directors CEO's etc earn bonus with no praise or reward. Forced to take on work and tasks at a much senior level to save them money. Wouldn't advise working here at all. Lack of ethnic diversity and an underlying culture of bullying from heads of departments, particularly if you have too many new ideas they think you are going to disturb the equilibrium they have surrounding themselves with. Most are employed because they are friends not because they have relevant qualifications
