Awful!!....just awful!!. - Route Sales Delivery Driver Warburtons Employee Review

Warburtons are open and transparent in all they do. Warburtons respect and value all their employees. Pay and conditions are at a good standard. Health and safety is truly top of their priorities list for everyone no matter the cost. So far everyone i have spoke to and met have been very friendly and always ready to help out and this was right from the start during recruitment, other sites are so welcoming and want to help you settle in by the end of my 4th month I will have visited 5 different sites plus the site I am based at I have never seen such a colloborative approach in 30 years in manufacturing and training is really 2nd to none and I would definitely recommend a career with Warburtons.

At present I have not come across anything really obviously tiny things that can come up but nothing to write home about.

Too much favouritism for certain drivers, management too petty often turn a blind eye when it suits, Massive unfairness between routes and finish times.
