Cons

All senior staff know each other/ have been at the company forever. Very much a controlled "for the greater good" type vibe. Even if you are in their good graces when you start, while I was there I saw people be slowly pushed out or not treated the same if they don't fit the corporate culture (which is just whatever they deem correct) or if they struggle with mental health or disabilities, or if their performance falls behind/ they do not do exactly as they are told, even if said approach has been fed back as being inefficient. They do not properly understand what making accommodations for certain disabilities means, all the while claiming that they are the biggest supporters of physical and mental health.

Clearly any business must remain competitive and grow. We must ensure we pay at least a market rate - particularly in sales where commission is an important incentive. We have also asked that account managers work from the office - it helps new staff members learn and provides a differentiator from our competitors. Car parking is a problem which we are constantly working on. Thanks for your positive review of management though. Alex
