I vane quite comprehend into words how awful it was to work here. Coming from the outside world to a 1980's nightmare. I've never worked anywhere where it's perfectly acceptable for 75% of the men (usually management) to have complete dominance over you. There are a a lot of decent hard working people that work here but the way the company is run is atrocious. If professionalism was rated out of 10 they wouldn't even score 1. If you enjoy to be swore at, have a filing cabinet thrown your way and be spoken to like a piece of dirt then this is absolutely the place for you. Since leaving I have never complained about my new place at work.. I have nothing to complain about in comparison as anywhere is better than working at westcoast. I wrote to HR explaining my issues begging for them to find me a new position and a day later I was brought into a room and handed my notice.
