- Interns, Analysts and Associates are expected to work crazy hours with little understanding from MDs. Including full weekends regularly and on average a 2/3am finish every day
- Management play favourites resulting in very qualified analysts/associates either being let go or failing to make promotion in place of less deserving candidates
- Senior Management often very detached from the actual day to day and then impose unrealistic deadlines and create a lot of inefficients
- Very face time focused
