Servaada is a TUPE'd company being morphed into Wipro's commercial model without the necessary support or governance oversight. Leadership are tunnel-visioned on commercial margins and have undertaken redundancy measures where colleagues with significant experience are leaving without any plan to backfill or upskill to fill these knowledge gaps. This is leaving an already largely overworked and unsupported onshore workforce with ever-increasing workload and responsibility. Key issues: Distinct lack of communication from leadership Clunky, ineffective IT infrastructure Overreliance on offshore and AI to meet resource demand Culture of Indian parent company of working excessive hours/taking on additional responsibility without compensation becoming commonplace.
