      Pros

      Flexible working is possible and a great deal of exposure to all departments, The company does its best to look after all employees and people are treated with respect. There is a really strong desire to win.

      Cons

      Some processes need to improve but there is an appetite for change which is good. Other than that I just lived too far away!

      Pros

      Great technology, and position in the marketplace. Some jolly good people. Good tools in place.

      Cons

      Management eejits and continued poor decision making. Always under the cosh to deliver. Constant short term focus and slagging off on others who are not considered integral to the company. Ignores data and sheds good chaps at an alarming rate.
