Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, we have taken all feedback on board and will be acting upon this as required. We are currently in the process of rolling out an online portal system which, among other things, employees can use to view payslips, holiday requests, contracts and which will set out clearly the structure of our organisation. We’re sorry that you feel your experience with us has been negative, we encourage all employees to share concerns with their manager or the HR team as and when they arise so we can do everything we can to remedy them.
