      Often paid incorrectly, little to no room for promotion (been promised promotion 3 times and 6 years on I’m in the same position), no overtime, emails to head office/payroll/hr ignored

      Honestly pretty decent company, great benefits.

      Cons

      Couldn't really stand behind the product anymore. Each new collection felt like the last and the one before that. Quality of products were questionable and it became hard to stand by the product itself. We were really leaning into the heritage to sell the products. Sales were also more focused on new client acquisition rather than client retention. But also, how are you supposed to retain existing customers if each new collection is so similar to the last?
