Pros
Big-name clients and exposure to global accounts. Opportunities to learn industry-standard tools and processes. Some talented colleagues who genuinely care about doing good work.
Cons
Lack of proper support and implementation of DEI. Was constantly harassed by senior management and was met with micro aggressions. Senior managers could be unsupportive and inconsistent — promoting blame culture rather than opportunities to learn. Constantly thrown tasks with strict deadlines which had little to no context and would be belittled when challenging why.
