      Pros

      incredibly friendly, inclusive and accommodating culture at wagamama, truly everyone is welcomed. I really believe everyone has a voice, and although we have structure, we're not burdened by hierarchy. the office is a cool place to work, with (almost) too much free food! we work at pace but always leave with a smile on our face.

      Cons

      it's a fast moving business and no one week is the same as the next, this makes work-life exciting, but sometimes hard to keep up.

      Pros

      Corporate setting with systems in place When I first started the company culture was great, everyone loved going into work

      Cons

      Although systems are in place, things don't work half the time, whether it's IT or equipments. Lackluster communications between all departments, making the day to day in operations more difficult than it should be.
