      - Very bad company to work for especially if you’re at the bottom -Free food on shift depending on hours

      Cons

      - Got to be a brown noser to get anywhere - Management cannot handle staff with learning disabilities and mental health problems leading to discrimination. - Unsupported -Barely no hours for staff unless management - Expect you do be a robot - If you mess up no matter how small they’ll be watching you like big brother

      Pros

      Corporate setting with systems in place When I first started the company culture was great, everyone loved going into work

      Cons

      Although systems are in place, things don't work half the time, whether it's IT or equipments. Lackluster communications between all departments, making the day to day in operations more difficult than it should be.
