3 years with the business, thank you for your commitment. We certainly do not want to see good staff leave if it's down to poor management. As I have offered to other reviewee's would you be willing to contact me privately so I can gauge what territory you work on? The HR leadership team and the retail leadership are working together currently to increase management resources, as well as potential change to the business structure so our colleagues have more contact with their managers which can only help when it comes to training and development. We are also working on two new reward and recognition schemes that will be rolled out imminently, we didn't want to do an inadequate job and roll it out before we have all the benefits that colleagues can receive ironed out and signed off. So I hope I can give you some relief in things to look forward to. We know we aren't perfect, there aren't many companies that are, especially those with the growth we are still going through. BUT we will get there and there are some really exciting things to launch very soon.
