      Pros

      Really good welcome to the company and lots of engagement from the team. Lots of really high quality people and there is a fundamental willingness to work together to drive the company forward. Also the plan is clear with an increasing focus upon the customer base. Clear values that appear to be lived by all the team. There is clear intent to do the right thing for the customer.

      Cons

      Lots to be done for on-boarding that needs to be done, but it is well thought through and helpful, just takes time.

      Great culture and people who will always look to help. You can engage with every layer of management from CEO down who are supportive, will listen and act and genuinely want the best for the employees. Great package and benefits.
