Brilliant, varied work. Total control of your own destiny. Surrounded by incredibly smart, generous people. Great office with great vibes.

Cons

If you need hand-holding or progression frameworks, this may not be the place for you. Career progression and self-development has to come from within, but you get out what you put in.
