Pros

3 years working with Equans. Great company to work for. The team I work with are fab, from local team to management absolutely no complaints! Anything we need we get, facilities manager & contract manager always available on the other end of the phone if needed. Always give praise and respect, if something isn’t right they will tell you but also help fix it. Would recommend working for Equans to anyone, especially out of Bellshill.

Absolute circus of a joint incompetent management Poorly organised will treat you like dirt will be your best friend when they need something from you and forget about it all the second they don’t need anything Very toxic Can’t quote jobs properly every jobs is under quoted and looses money The guys who have been at the company for 20+ years want out since all the management changes in the past 6 months The Cole’s work is rubbish dirty work worse than domestic Will under pay workers most are to scared to speak up
