Great on site team. Head of Business brilliant person and best ive worked for in the role without a doubt. Nice culture on site across all departments.

Cons

Upper management from regional directors incredibly patronising. Regular meetings on teams using uncontextualised stats comparing other busier sites with less competition. Micromanaging and stick beating. Typical old school motor trade tactics.
