Supportive Leadership: Their leadership style encourages autonomy while providing clear strategic direction. Team Culture: The contact centre team is brilliant—everyone’s got each other’s back, and there’s a real sense of teamwork. Growth Opportunities: There’s always something new to learn or get involved in. If you’re proactive, you’ll find plenty of chances to grow your skills and take on new challenges. Work-Life Balance: It’s a busy role, but there’s flexibility and understanding when you need it. That makes a big difference.

Cons

Like any dynamic environment, change can be frequent, and adapting quickly is key. However, this is often a sign of progress and responsiveness to customer needs.

Easy to make difference ,some great people

Cons

Management is all about reducing cost in the short term. Very threatening management style all about what you have done wrong this week. Good employees get stretched and pulled about the business. Very high turnover at middle manager level.

Pros

1. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm..... 2. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... 3. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... 4. Honestly stumped.

Cons

- low/no pay - 6 weeks in and haven’t been paid for first 2 days as well as been still on 48p a parcel despite been told at least 65p in the interview. - couple hours unpaid every morning travelling to/from depot and sorting parcels - long exhausting days (especially in the heat) - scanner system that works 5/10 times - leading to wasted journeys that they won’t compensate for - 5 day delay every-time you contact Hermes to hear back from them
