      30 days holiday Healthcare Acceptable pension Some nice people to work with here and there.

      Cons

      It's just an awful place to work. No communication, no process, no structure, no strategy, no leadership no support. Not a place to work if you are looking to learn and develop your career. You will be swallowed up by an excessive work load of covering up previous poor practice and general fire fighting.

      Not many left now if I’m honest

      Cons

      Seen better organising from a 5 year old Worst turnover of staff in last 18 months I’ve ever seen. Then being quoted for people leaving as “weak” Can’t get tradesman as by their admission don’t want to pay same rate as other people in industry Zero support, don’t pay suppliers on time, PPE contract still not in place after 2 years, People in senior managerial roles who are clueless and can’t manage, staff who have left not being replaced which will become their downfall. List is endless
