      A broad range of perks such as salary sacrifice car scheme, buy and sell holidays including bank holiday swap. Generous pension contribution and excellent paternity leave.

      Cons

      It can take a while to get up the promotion ladder.

      Obviously a bit bureaucratic but what else could you expect from a company of this size
