Pros

Lovely service users. Some office staff nice. Training is sufficient, just about. PPE provided.

Cons

Sent for miles with poor mileage payments. Schedules are impossible at times. Nobody answers the phone at weekends. Often left with spaces between jobs. Schedules always run over your shift. Schedules never match service users so you have to explain regularly it's not your fault to service users.

Pros

Clients can be lovely and such variety in the day. You never get bored

Cons

Management never have any common sense and chop and change rotas around with no care for your own social life. When you ask yourself for time off they say no even after you have helped them out picking up extra shifts

Pros

None really to think, apart from the service users.

Cons

Poorly run in the Norwich office. Certain manager is a bully who harasses people, she needs to bring herself back down to earth. Poor pay, never a proper breakdown of mileage on payslips for additional mileage for clients. Certain carers do not have a clue and it's been reported by service users that Certain carers just sit on their phones during care calls. Some of the staff are very nice, others well...obviously in the wrong job. There are , I am sure much better places to work than here, so advice is jog on to somewhere better as I have with better pay and a career , as no career progression here 😀
