Pros

People in my team were lovely, helpful and friendly.

Cons

Pointless and childish KPI's such as 15 phone calls a day which means you get absolutely nothing else done that you need to get done such as pricing. CRM systems are dated and slow. Takes about 2 hours to try and get a price quote and even longer as most have to go through a special team. Customers get treated terribly, delivery service is poor and the Customer Service team are impossible to get hold of and when customers do get them they get no information and they come back to the account managers ranting and raving. Standard promotion of a 'great culture' through wellness emails and mental health emails when in reality peoples mental health is generally affected by the ludricrous daily targets. Experienced staff are treated like interns.

-Not many Saturday shifts are allocated -You get decent breaks -You learn many transferable skills -Free tea and coffee -Tuck shop but nothing healthy is available -The office is a nice building, plenty of shops around -Public transport available, though buses only come every so often -Some really good people work here and colleagues are willing to help you -The hours are good -Sometimes overtime available

Cons

-Cliquey workplace -Incompetent and arrogant management -Management lack empathy and understanding -The pay is below other contact centre jobs in the area but they brag that it’s better, simply not true -Not disability or neurodiverse confident -Supervisors don’t have a clue what’s going on half of the time because higher ups lack communication skills and don’t take feedback on board -Little to no training -Your face needs to fit -Toxic environment -You’re just a number -High turnover
