Do not care about their customers and have zero customer service.

People in my team were lovely, helpful and friendly.
Cons
Pointless and childish KPI's such as 15 phone calls a day which means you get absolutely nothing else done that you need to get done such as pricing. CRM systems are dated and slow. Takes about 2 hours to try and get a price quote and even longer as most have to go through a special team. Customers get treated terribly, delivery service is poor and the Customer Service team are impossible to get hold of and when customers do get them they get no information and they come back to the account managers ranting and raving. Standard promotion of a 'great culture' through wellness emails and mental health emails when in reality peoples mental health is generally affected by the ludricrous daily targets. Experienced staff are treated like interns.
