Pros

* Opportunity to work with different business stakeholders.

Cons

* Limited exposure to modern technologies and industry-relevant skill development. * Platform-specific, plugin-based development in Essence/ Core/Universal Banking/Lending modules may limit opportunities for technical growth. * Unlimited leave policy exists on paper, but obtaining leave can be challenging in practice due to multiple approval requirements. * Tight deadlines and high delivery pressure. * Frequent weekend work to meet project commitments. * Poor work-life balance. * Excessive micromanagement and limited employee autonomy. * Project management and planning could be improved.
