      Great Job, Poor Employer (Bus Driver)

      Pros

      4 day weekends, Decent Money, Pension Scheme(inc death benefit for spouse), weekly pay, uniform provided, MyFirstRewards(cheap tickets and other savings)

      Cons

      Very little home life, Pension Scheme is an annuity, lack of 4 day week(all the local competitors do), allocated annual leave, zero sick pay for first 7 days then 60% thereafter, robust management, 4 weeks annual leave(all the other bus operators offer 5 weeks), lack of incentives to retain staff long term.

      Passenger Comfort and Safety. Drive Green, Welcome every Passenger on My Bus as I would My Home. Being Understanding.

      Cons

      Too many buses Unfit for Service. Unacceptable.Badly Organised Running Time on 40% of routes. No Communication From Superiors.
