Chill job but toxic environment and poor management

A chill job - not too stressful

Cons

No Career progression - its a dead-end job. Overstimulating environment - constant loud music and events. Poor management that take their personal life out on staff. Lack of professionalism. Some conversations I have heard amongst staff have genuinely been disturbing and PT's feel entitled to say very inappropriate political and views.
