      Great Salary and compensation benefits

      1. Poor culture and ethics - HR do nothing to address this despite it being brought up over and over again. 2. Hire and Fire culture and treat employees poorly, 3. Overworked with no compassion to mental awareness or employee well being. 4. No flexibility. 5. COO (based in Dubai) is controlling and has poor employee conduct towards operational staff and company has poor governance that allows COO to get away with this. Senior Management and HR do nothing to protect employees despite being brought to their attention. COO encourages bad business practices.

      You have a good opportunity to lead and shape business areas and projects. A social environment. Opportunity to improve things and deliver.

      Cons

      CCO enemy of progress. Their way or the high way. The opportunity pros provided above is eradicated for this same reason. Obsessed with power and authority. Has no plan or strategy. Obsessed with owning things that they do not understand. Which therefore leads to poor delivery. Does not know how to manage people and how to develop others or create future leaders. Politics vs opportunity.

      Unsupportive management Huge Turnover of staff (which they are starting to get quite the reputation for) Zero organisation or communication from management
