Pros

- A really good environment for learning and developing skills as a programmer, with very helpful and lovely coworkers. - Staff led groups such as the LGBTQIA+ advocacy group and the elected Engagement Group are brilliant ways to feedback to HR and execs and to get involved in the wider culture of the company. - Really lovely office with a great canteen, free fruit, biscuits & hot drinks, plus coworkers around always up for a chat on a break. - After work, company funded, activities such as board game nights, badminton and the monthly social evenings are a great way to meet and socialise with coworkers, especially if you have relocated. - Summer & Festive parties which are well attended and a good time. - A good range of benefits including private healthcare & therapy. - Good access to hardware and software needed for the job. - Flexitime is great for those who prefer to start work at 10am

Cons

- As mentioned by others, salary vs cost of living in Cambridge can be a struggle for junior roles, but it's definitely doable. - Onboarding process for some programming roles are not as fleshed out as others, but work is being done to fix this.
