Pros

Genuinely don't think any exist any more. I had to give the Company 1 star overall rating because it wouldn't let me submit it otherwise

Cons

I felt there was strong evidence of repeated breaches of Fujitsu's Bullying Harrassment & Victimisation guidelines, specifically setting impossible objectives, deliberate wrong apportionment of blame, blocking training without business justification & insistence their way was the right way. This culminated when I had to send a 6am text to my manager from the hospital after a close family member was rushed in during the night for life-saving brain surgery and I returned to work to be placed on a Performance Improvement Plan, despite not taking any time off sick during the 8 years I worked there. I queried with Manager 1 why you would use a family member's brain surgery for this and was told that wasn't what happened because "the PIP doesn't say anything brain surgery. It says family emergency and it was a family emergency". I entered it in the feedback form for Manager 2's appraisal with Manager 3, but got no response from either of them I queried it with Manager 4 who told me he couldn't give an answer because he was 52 I entered the comments in the Employee Opinion Survey but got no response from anybody I queried with Manager 5 (who wasn't a manager at the time of the incident) and was told "That was before I was the manager. I don't know what happened and I don't want to know. I don't care" Finally after I had a leaving date I contacted Manager 3 again asking for a 1-2-1 to try and get an explanation for what happened which she initially agreed to but, upon learning what I wanted to discuss, she cancelled the meeting stating no good would come of it

Awful... just awful

Pros

There are very few pros, although many of the staff are friendly and approachable. That is really about it.

Cons

Ridiculously low pay Management who do not listen to their staff 40 minutes allowance a month for toilet breaks Almost every email from management ends in the, now infamous, "Or further action will be taken" Overly punitive management style Breaks are way too short The shift pattern ensures that one never gets enough sleep to actually function as a human being. Boorish management who seem to think that talking loudly somehow earns respect Endless rule changes which staff usually only find out about once receiving "Performance Improvement Plans" or disciplinaries. More concerned with reaching meaningless targets such as "How quickly you can get the user off the phone" rather than actually fixing issues Possibly illegal behaviour designed to make the company look as if it is reaching said targets A culture of dishonesty Cronyism inasmuch as one is only likely to have any career development if one went to school with or, otherwise, know management outside of work A culture of unquestioning obedience where even suggestions which go against management ideas is treated as insubordination A patronising mentality where staff are treated like school children Different rules and behavioural standards from department to department One rule for management and another for staff

Pros

None - well maybe a good place to work if you have zero ambition and look forward to the possibility to do nothing with your career.

Cons

Management lie, are incompetent and inexperienced. Rubbish products and poor services make it impossible to achieve anything. It's like working in the 1940's, it's has zero diversity and does not represent UK society today.
