Dealing with GLL was sometimes tricky. IT issues were common and sometimes took a while to resolve. Communication was not great - I was terminated without warning after not working for a few months (as a casual employee) and had to be re-hired which was inconvenient but not catastrophic. This has since changed and I have received email warnings since, so I think they have taken steps to remedy these issues.
I think the pay is low, and does not rise sufficiently with experience.
