Cons

Growing at an exceptional rate which will turn into a positive as it will create more opportunities for individuals in the future.

Pros

Absolutely none, possibly the worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Where to begin? Well, the rota was very poor, rotational with one part consisting of working eight days in a row. Total lack of security for your belongings, with no lockers given out even to full-time staff. Then there's the breaktime. You get one 45min break in your shift, however you spend 20mins at least walking to and getting through the security barrier and that's if the security are feeling generous. Canteen is very poor and expensive for what you get and the fridges were never cleaned so there was always decaying food in their Overtime is reserved for a select few, whilst others are regulary sent home after a few hours or sent away after travelling upto a hour to work. The worst part was the administration side: payroll was always incorrect and you even had to phone a premium 0844 number to talk them and HR was practically none existant. Management did not seem to care one jot.

salary OK 4 days off

Cons

rainwater is leaking in the warehouse, the lights don't work, rats are running around, the heating is not working moldy goods - clothes, t-shirts, jackets broken machines - LLOP, V10, FLT - you are lucky if you find a working one Many managers manage few workers. They have a lot of time playing on phones and searching the internet. no career progression -you must be good friends with management poor management team - god syndrome drunk shift manager - weekend shift
