      You have the opportunity to learn a lot. You also get flexibility with work hours, which is amazing if you have a family.

      Cons

      You are all alone, even in a team. There's fierce competition and everyone gate keeps their work. The bonus sometimes can be as low as 0.5% of your total salary. You may also receive a promotion with zero salary increase. You might also face some differential treatment depending on gender, race, colour and visa conditions.
