      Pros

      The culture is amazing. The whole company are really decent human beings, and everyone wants to see you succeed. We really do live by the values on the website. And the work's more interesting and fun than you might imagine "Salesforce DevOps" to be.

      Pros

      Everyone is smart and driven. Leadership are always thinking about what they want the company to be and they're really transparent with people.

      Cons

      Sometimes you are asked to do something and then things move around you so by the time you're finished with what you were working on it ends up not being needed.
