Pros

None, favouritism out weighs skills.

Cons

Not what you know but who you know. May have seasonal workers, but that doesn't stop high turn over of staff. Little support and run down tools. Forever to get replaced.

Pros

Potential access to vehicle, easy work, good hours, no staying away

Cons

Management does not care about operatives at all, zero career progression, way too much paperwork to cover blame operatives and minimum wage.
