      Instructors - Kenny, Chris and Jeff are so great. They helped me to pass the driving test and always supportive. Company training program is good. Step by step to get through the test.

      We Need more training bus.

      Pay is OK Free travel around Greater Manchester

      Cons

      Management do not care about drivers. A couple of them seem to get a kick out of doing disciplinaries. Pay lip service only to mental health of staff. VERY low morale within depot. Us vs them mentality between sections of drivers. Poorly maintained vehicles. Long shifts.
