Cons

Super toxic environment where you’ll get a coaching simply for using the restroom for less than five minutes while on the clock. Supervisors will actively coach you to deceive customers in order to get sales as well.

Awesome place to work for. Leads are always helpful and motivating. Culture and community driven. Provides room for advancement.

Cons

Most incoming calls are for tech issues, have to navigate through them to upsell. Occasional cranky customers, must have patience and be willing to deescalate.
