      - Growing rapidly so workload heavy but opportunity to learn loads. - Structure and process being developed but can build and influence it.

      Pros

      A lot to learn, although the learning will be from experience and not from capable management.

      Cons

      Many of the people in head office and some at site got their jobs through friends and/or amorous relations with their superiors. It's frustrating seeing people of the highest level of incompetence getting promoted on the sole basis that their mate or auntie holds a higher positionnin the company. Staff are openly racist, mocking international students' accents and cultures. There is no respect from site management towards students, and most complaints fall on deaf ears. At some sites health and safety is an absolute joke, with management at site and head office knowingly putting everyone's lives in danger.

      Ability to get involved with as much as possible. Pub of the month Regular creation of new roles.

      Cons

      Disgraceful HR team Open unaddressed racial slur Zero respect for people Zero respect for work life balance. Very much a boys club. Everyone is a manger with poor or zero management abilities. Profit over people always.
