Pros

company was great under older leadership - good culture, work enviornment,

Cons

upper management is a bit clueless on how to run operations and what kind of expectations they need to set. Also, they dont really know whats going on at an account level. I can see why new joiners might not feel like theres enough opportunity to grow. Can be fixed. Some really good talent still there.

Pros

I've been with Guidepoint since 2022 and have grown from an Associate to a Project Manager leading a team within Client Services. Looking back, it's been a rewarding journey both professionally and personally. One of the most positive developments during my tenure has been the leadership transition within the Mumbai office. Since the change in management, I have witnessed a remarkable transformation in the workplace culture and overall team environment. The office has grown stronger, more collaborative, and more focused on employee development. What stands out to me is the accessibility and support provided by senior leadership. I have had opportunities to interact with the Head of APAC, and the current VP of client services has fostered a culture of trust, accountability, and empowerment. Employees are given the freedom to take ownership of their work, demonstrate their capabilities, and grow professionally. Guidepoint has always maintained a friendly and supportive work culture, complemented by a flexible work-from-home policy and competitive compensation. Personally, I have experienced substantial professional growth under the current leadership team. The environment is fair, merit-driven, and approachable, which has enabled many employees, including myself, to reach their potential. Like any organization undergoing significant change, there will naturally be employees who choose to move on for a variety of personal or professional reasons. However, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The company has consistently invested in its people and created opportunities for growth and advancement. Looking back on my time here, I can definitely say that Guidepoint has played a significant role in shaping my professional development. I look forward to continuing my journey with the organization.

Cons

Client Growth team can be a bit more supportive and less narrow minded.
