Some decent employees there, however the way the company is they will leave soon

Clueless senior management team. Bullying culture throughout the business, complaints have been made on several occasions by a number of employees past and present which have been covered up. Poor health and safety culture specifically on the SVIP project. 3 Safety managers within 15 months 3 safety advisors within 9. This is not just a massive turnover with safety staff but as a whole on the project. This has been raised at Senior Management level with no F’s given from the top

Extremely knowledgeable staff. I was working with very credible professionals so learning and developing was on a steep incline. Very strong global business. Was an absolute pleasure to be there. Great company car for a graduate, Ford Focus. Team ethos and lots of learning provided for grads, it is encouraged.

Cons

Due to lean times, increasing salaries or providing a bonus wasn't easily open for discussion.a
