Unfortunately having great reviews and completing high quality work to not mean much past your manager because of the many levels of management. Hard to get a clear picture of the company's direction and to feel secure of your job with products constantly being shuffled around and whole teams being let go.

Salary is low compared with the market. There is hardly any bonus distributed even if the company promised some. The company has notorious document procedures to learn that makes it very inefficient. The company is not willinng to use automatic app tools to improve its efficiency. Management does not care about what employees think. Everything moves very slowly and not organized very well. HR works very slow.
