We’re sorry to hear, though, that you’ve been feeling this level of pressure and a lack of communication. That’s not the experience we want for our staff, and we recognise how important it is for people to feel supported, informed, and treated as individuals. We are actively reviewing feedback from colleagues across the federation to better understand where these experiences are coming from and to identify where we need to make meaningful improvements — particularly around communication, workload, and how we support our staff day-to-day.
