      Pros

      10 Hour Days, told to work through lunch, told to come in early and finish late otherwise your in trouble,

      Cons

      Shown Wolf of Wall street video clips and told to be like them on the phone, sink or swim ad-hoc training, management not trained enough in managing, place people in companies who they wouldn't hire themselves, more concerned about answering the phone than speaking to a candidate, have to speak to at least 10 candidates in 1 each morning

      Pros

      I have been with Heat Recruitment for the last 3 years and I can honestly say it has been the best company I have ever worked for, from listening to your ideas, to being part of a great social circle and a great employer. The office is amazing, from the arcade games to the table tennis table and the fantastic culture. I have grown from a trainee recruitment consultant and worked my way up to senior consultant and have made great money in the process. The staff incentives and the nights out are a great added bonus and I would recommend to anyone a career with Heat Recruitment.

      The hours can be long but worth it if you want to make decent money!

      Recruitment is an industry that gives back to those who put in. As the saying goes 'Work Hard - Play Hard'. A vibrant, busy environment that welcomes those people with a zest for life and that natural Art of People-ism, the interest in others. Oh and let's not forget we have a lot of fun along the way.

      for many years recruitment has been seen as an industry that you drop into whilst working out what you are going to do - that nowadays cannot be further from the truth. Recruitment is an industry where you can build a career and at Heat Recruitment we demonstrate this with our superior Heat Training Academy that teaches, trains and coaches people through their entire career.
