      Pros

      - Small, skilled team - Great communication - everyone is constantly speaking to each other - The team have a genuine passion for the games they make - Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere - Opportunities to work on a variety of different tasks, great for broadening your skill set

      Cons

      - Being central guildford location, parking is limited - Really high standards expected of all staff - Flat hierarchy/non corporate structure

      Very friendly atmosphere. Everyone is well looked after. People are listened to and trusted. Very talented team.

      Cons

      Can be chaotic with last minute changes. Not much in the way of procedures (mostly a good thing though!).
