      Learned a huge amount from some brilliant engineers. Given a lot of autonomy and trust. Overall a great working culture.

      Some uncertainty and pressure felt from restructuring etc.

      Pros

      Until about 18 months ago this was a good place to work. The people are great, and the technologies being used are cutting edge.

      Cons

      Being made more and more corporate as it gets sucked deeper and deeper into the Centrica behemoth.
