Similarly, Hollis does not experience high staff turnover; in fact, our retention levels have remained strong and consistent, and are above the industry average. You also mentioned that Hollis had a great culture until recently. Our engagement survey data shows year on year improvement over the past few years, rather than a decline. We share this not to dismiss your experience, but to provide clarity and broader context for those reading.
