Pros

Friendly colleagues Good Support with training

Cons

Micromanaged heavily via adherence tracker. Refuse to pass probation over not adhering to fixed breaks if you’re stuck on a call and you get penalised for taking more than 50 seconds on after call work. Track your sales heavily per month and will penalise you if you don’t meet targets when all calls are scripted and you’re initially advised that you shouldn’t force sales and that you’re not targeted. This could also result in you being out of a job potentially if you’re underachieving in terms of sales. You’re not allowed to go off script or encourage the sale. Double standards. There is no work life balance either. One day you’ll work till 8pm, following day 4pm, there’s no work life balance because of how various the shifts are during the week.

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
