      Pros

      Great salary. Hours are nice. Benefits pretty good with private medical cover. Really good opportunity’s to progress within Hyperoptic. People are valued.

      Cons

      Basics can be missed. Very rarely get made aware of changes as they coming and instead are made aware of them the day before things change. Senior management for my department changes all the time and rarely feel they are engaged with anyone below management. Real disengagement between departments often

      Pros

      Plenty of freedom with no one breathing down your neck. Be where you are meant to, doing what you should and this job is good. Excellent colleagues to work with who will help you out.

      Lacking in direction at times from senior management.
