The culture is genuinely people first, with a strong sense of purpose driving everything we do, from the events we create to the relationships we build. As a senior leader, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate across global teams, shape strategy, and contribute to a business that’s constantly evolving. What stands out most is the energy: Hyve is fast-paced, ambitious, and full of smart, kind people who care deeply about what they do. There’s a real commitment to innovation and inclusion, and leadership is both accessible and empowering. Whether you're early in your career or stepping into a senior role, Hyve offers space to grow, lead, and make an impact. I love working at Hyve, my team are amazing and we lead by example. I am privileged to be working on a world class Shoptalk series along with world class people who are born innovators and disruptors.

      Nothing - It’s a high-performance environment, so pace and change are part of our DNA. But if you thrive on momentum and purpose, it’s incredibly energising and rewarding!

      Great place to work with supportive management and benefits

      Pros

      Hyve in London is a great place to work. I have a supportive and understanding manager, I’ve had the opportunity to develop through my role and on courses. The business moves at pace, so if you enjoy change and a good challenge, you’ll enjoy Hyve. Office is close to Paddington tube, 3 days per week in office which works well for me. Benefits are good - gym, bonus, 10% matching pension, flexible bank holidays, Bupa and they sometimes do summer Fridays and Christmas shut down. The Christmas and summer parties are awesome!

      Cons

      The business evolves and therefore changes at pace, this is not a con for me but can be for some, you’ll need to be willing to adap

      Pros

      They have some very interesting trade shows that do a lot to support small businesses.

      Cons

      Terrible management. They dismiss concerns and don't give clear instructions. Their processes are terrible, and when you try to improve them, they dismiss those efforts too.
