      Pros

      Decent benefits. The new CEO really seems to care about the employees.

      Cons

      Really poor training. Lack of documentation. You really need to have worked there for years before you have an understanding. People on the team aren't approachable and will make you feel bad for doing so.

      Very cooperative co-workers. Nice work culture where you can learn and explore. Frequent outing and fun activities. Managers are also very good they do not sit on your head to get things done.
