Pros

Truly talented, smart, and wonderful coworkers who are great to be around and are people I genuinely respect and look forward to seeing. I also had understanding supervisors.

Cons

Upper management is a mess. Old school thinking in a space requiring new methods of engaging with their audience has the company in rapid decline with many waves of layoffs. Quantity over quality, "feed the machine" mentality. Worked my *** off for years leading many projects with not a single significant pay raise or promotion.
